DESCRIPTION
Herbalist Marija Helt, PhD, is offering a class on reducing reactivity to spring allergens on Tuesday, February 9th from 6-8pm. The class is in Durango. The class provides information on what precipitates an allergic response, natural preventative approaches and what to do during a seasonal allergy attack. $20 suggested donation.
