Menu – Carrot Spice Muffins, Black Bean Chilequiles, Greens, Eggs & Ham, Roasted Potatoes, and Seasonal Fruit Platter. This is a participatory class open to cooks of all levels. Learners will prepare and share a meal in Manna’s professional teaching kitchen. There is space for up to 12 participants. Registration required by Thursday, February 18. Cost of the course includes all food and some light beverages.
Julia is sous chef in the deli at Nature’s Oasis, and worked previously as the chef at Blue Lake Ranch. She has been teaching recreational cooking classes since 2004.
