Pain Care Yoga by Donation
Tuesdays | 4:30pm | Drawing from modern pain science and ancient yogic wisdom, Pain Care Yoga offers evidence-based practices that calm the nervous system, set new neural pathways, and help people recover movement in the face of persistent pain. Classes incorporate gentle movement, body and breath awareness exercises, breathing techniques, somatic inquiry, mantra, mudra, and guided meditation to help people move with more ease and change their relationship to their pain.
Classes are taught by Lynn Wickersham, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Pain Care Yoga facilitator. Offered by donation (cash, check or Venmo). Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited.
