A different virtual workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals, core and balance work. Common equipment is incorporated, modifications will be shown for those without equipment. Your instructor is Durango personal trainer Lynn Beck. Class is open to all. Join us this Holiday Season and enjoy the one-of-a-kind designs of jewelry artist Michelle Tapia. Each piece is hand-carved from walrus tusk, hand-inked with whimsical motifs, and set in fine metals. Animals, nature, her Spanish upbringing and her Tibetan Buddhist philosophies inspire her.
The show continues through the holiday season, closing on December 31.
