A different virtual workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals, core and balance work. Common equipment is incorporated, modifications will be shown for those without equipment. Your instructor is Durango personal trainer Lynn Beck. Class is open to all.
