A different workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals, core and balance work. DMC Hosts FLC Whiteout Basketball Games & Basketball Challenge

2020 FLC Basketball Challenge  You have the chance to WIN a NEW 2019 Ford Escape* in a Basketball Challenge during the Men's Game at Halftime. The first 1,300 Fans to the games will receive a FREE T-Shirt, action starts at 5:30. See you there!   *One participant will be randomly chosen. Restrictions apply -May not be an employee (and/or Family Member of employee) of Durango Motor Company or Fort Lewis College Athletic Department. Cannot be a current/or former professional, semi-pro, or minor league basketball player; current/former collegiate basketball player who have competed at that level within the past 6 years; or current/former basketball coach at the high school level or above within the past 6 years. Fly Fishing 101
12:00pm / Duranglers Flies and Supplies
Our Fly Fishing 101 class is based on the Orvis 101 Fly Fishing class and is free to attend. Please call or stop by the shop to sign up.   Learn all the basics to get you out on the water. Instruction in gear needed, knots, basic fly selection and casting instruction. Everything you need to get out on the water and give fly fishing a try.   Call us at 970-385-4081. There is no cost for the 101 class.

Aikido (for Adults, Beginners, and Beyond)

Every Monday and Wednesday night, Durango Shin-Budo Kai offers a 2-hour Aikido class open to advanced, intermediate, and beginning practitioners. Discover a fun, challenging, and counter-intuitive martial art that teaches how to diffuse conflict or violence without adding conflict or violence. People across the age- and gender-spectrums are able and welcome to practice this transformative art. Wear a gi or comfortable, loose workout clothing.
