Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.
Can't make it in person? We host the meeting virtually, so join us from home! Meetings will start at 7:15am every Friday.

Held every month on the second Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 am at TBK Bank, 259 W. 9th Street, in the Community Room. The Community Room is located on the east side of the building.

Pots and Pints - Ceramic Handbuilding Happy Hour
4:30pm / Durango Arts Center
Get your hands dirty as you create a unique and functional clay dish of your choice. We will mix creativity with pleasure as we unwind from a busy week, enjoy happy hour treats, spend time with community artists, and, most importantly, hand-build a clay dish to use for years to come.
By the end of the evening your piece will be ready for glazing. You select a glaze which we will apply when your dish is dry. Look for an email telling you when your dish is ready for pick-up and use.

Lost Wax Casting
5:00pm / Four Corners Gem and Mineral Club
In this 2-day evening workshop you will make your own design in wax, learn how to create the mold, fire it, and then cast it using centrifugal casting. Last but not least you get to polish and complete your own design. Class provides all material including silver. You are welcome to use other metals as well.
Class fee is $175. The class meets from 2 to 5 both Friday and Saturday.
