Join us for our Veteran's Appreciation Party on Saturday, November 9th. We will be serving a chili lunch at 11:30 and will have several store specials happening for that day only. All active and retired military will also get a chance to spin the wheel to win free prizes!

What A Girl Wants Expo is an event featuring all things of interest to women – jewelry, hair and nail salons, cosmetics, clothing and accessories, sports & outdoor, children’s products, health and fitness products and systems, food and cooking, home decor, self-improvement, home businesses and so much more! Each event offers a unique experience with a mix of wares from new vendors and your old favorites. Also we’re partnering with the non-profit Women’s Resource Center to present Durango’s 2nd annual Mountain Spirits Cocktail Competition.

Pier Giorgio Morandi conducts one of opera’s most beautiful and heartbreaking scores, with a cast that also includes tenor Piero Pretti as Pinkerton, baritone Paulo Szot as Sharpless, and mezzo-soprano Elizabeth DeShong as Suzuki.
Girls on the Run Durango 5K

Girls on the Run of Western Colorado hosts a 5K at Three Springs! Girls on the Run is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. The Girls on the Run 5K series is one of the largest running events in the U.S. It is the culminating event for the Girls on the Run program, and the very first 5K for many participants.

Ariel, King Triton's youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.
12th Annual Bark & Wine Annual Fundraiser

The LPCHS Annual Bark & Wine Fundraiser brings together more than 300 pet-lovers from the Durango area for an evening of celebration and giving. This year's event marks our 12th Bark & Wine Fundraiser and will be held at Fort Lewis College Grand Ballroom from 6pm-9pm.    The evening will include live and silent auctions, photo booth, presentation of the Animal Advocate of the Year, dinner, desserts, cash bars, music and fun!    Come and celebrate the animals of La Plata County by helping us, help them, one paw at a time!

Southwest Civic Winds Presents: Simple Gifts

Celebrating the American spirit and heritage on this Veteran's Day weekend, the band will premiere Thomas Root's Hovenweep with native flutist Jessica Peterson, and feature Frank Ticheli's Simple Gifts: Four Shaker Songs. Underscoring our theme will be Robert Bennett's classic Symphonic Songs for Band and a musical salute to America's veterans.
