DYT presents: Journey of the Noble Gnarble & Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr.
7:00pm / Durango Arts Center Theater
Presented by Alpine Bank   Journey of the Noble Gnarble   The ocean floor is filled with the rarest of creatures, but none are as rare as gnarbles. Their fins are small, their tails are floppy, and they have never strayed far from their homes…until now. Journey of the Noble Gnarble is a story of a little gnarble with a big dream, who tries to make it past doubting blyfish, sneaky subbalubbles, and hungry plinks on his way to the surface of the sea. Along the way, he befriends the glinny glims who teach him the importance of positivity and determination!   Book, Music & Lyrics by  Denver Casado Based on the children’s book “The Journey of the Noble Gnarble” by Daniel Errico  Illustrated by Tiffany Turrill.   Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr.  Follow Alice as she navigates the curious world of Wonderland on her journey of self-discovery, encountering the ever-tardy White Rabbit, the grinning Cheshire Cat, a cool Caterpillar, a Mad Hatter, a Queen with a quite a temper, and many more of literature’s beloved Wonderland characters. Adapted especially for young performers, this musical includes favorites from the Disney canon such as “I’m Late,” “The Unbirthday Song,” and “Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah” in a charming updated retelling of the Lewis Carroll classic.
