Yoga for Back Pain 4-Week Series

Lynn Wickersham, Certified Yoga Therapist and Pain Care Aware teacher, is pleased to offer this special yoga series to address chronic back pain. Lynn will interweave pain science education with yoga practice designed to reduce pain, increase stability and mobility of the spine, and help participants recover ease of movement. Each session includes movement and yoga postures as well as subtle practices that affect the nervous system, including breath work, meditation, mantra, and mudra.
