On Friday, July 29, join TGR at the Durango Arts Center for the one-night only premiere of our new mountain bike film, Esperanto. Get hyped to ride with our new film on the big screen and prize giveaways from our partners at Specialized, Dometic, Tincup, Ride Concepts and more. This is the summer event you do not want to miss!   About the film: Mixing the rock stars of mountain biking with a cast of unknown and up-and-coming heroes, TGR's latest film Esperanto explores how we share our dreams through a universal two-wheeled language no matter what our native tongue may be.
Movies in the Park Series - Encanto! (Spanish with English subtitles)

City of Durango and Credit Union of Colorado present Movies in the Park! The movies in the park series if free to the community thanks to local sponsors. Come enjoy watching family-friendly movies on a 20' movie screen!   Bring blankets, chairs, family and friends and enjoy a movie together. Prior to the movie, enjoy live music, local youth talent and hands-on activities. Arrive in time for the T-Shirt cannon and prize giveaways!   Popcorn and beverages are available for purchase. Activities begin at 7:00pm movies will begin 15 minutes after sunset!

Bat Walk & Talk

Participate in citizen science and explore the wacky world of wildlife that lives all around the Animas River ...at night!   Join Miss Heather and Powerhouse staff scientists for a short lecture inside learning about bats and their importance in the environment. Following that, your group will journey into the night along the Animas River Trail, using bat sonar detectors to identify and observe different bat species along the trail.    Space is limited so register today! $5 per person.   All data will be reported back to Bat Conservation International.
