8:30am / Alpine Aerial Acrobatics
Learn to fly with Alpine Aerial Acrobatics aerial & circus arts summer camps! All levels and all ages welcome in this aerial & theater camp. The focus of this week of camp will be learning aerial acrobatic skills on aerial silks, lyra and trapeze as well as theater improv skills to choreograph engaging aerial routines that tell a story. AAA day camps run Monday - Thursday from 8:30am - 12:30pm at the Durango Sports Club. Please send campers with snack, lunch and a water bottle daily.
Freedom 5K

Run, walk or stroll on the Animas River Trail, beginning and ending at Rotary Park. This 5K race is free, and registration is day-of, from 8:15 am to 8:45 am. This is a timed race, thanks to the Durango Running Club. Bonus points for the best costumes!

Film Class for Teens all week

Learn the basics of creating your very own movie!   Taught by film and documentary maker, John Sheedy, kids from 6th grade and up can learn from a master of filmmaking about scripting, filmography, and editing. All they need is a smartphone with a camera and a simple app!   Class runs June 20th through July 21st.  Monday - Thursday  3-5pm ONE WEEK BREAK THE WEEK OF JULY 4TH $300 for entire class Scholarships Available!
Bar D Chuckwagon Suppers

Old West Cowboy Music Show and Chuckwagon Supper. Durango's favorite family entertainment since 1969. Bar D Wranglers perform in concert after supper with music and songs of old west cowboys, comedy, and lively instrumentals. The show is fun for the whole family.    Activities, shops, and ticketing open at 4:30. Supper is at 6:30. Open Memorial Day Weekend through September - Rain or Shine ! Reservations are required.
